BetterCloud has been working hard to deliver what you need the most. We know we say this a lot, but your feedback has truly directly shaped our product and continues to do so.
Last week at our annual Altitude conference, Chief Product Officer Jim Brennan made some exciting announcements during his product keynote. He was joined on stage by members of his team and customers alike to deliver some huge wins for the BetterCloud community. Here’s a rundown of the new features launched at Altitude:
Integration Center
BetterCloud is more than just a platform. We are a community for IT and security alike, and we are continuing to grow and expand it.
Last week, BetterCloud announced the Integration Center, along with 32 new integrations. With this release, we now have 40+ BetterCloud-built integrations that you can now leverage as part of your BetterCloud policies. The Integration Center is home to all integrations built by both BetterCloud and our customers.
You can easily scroll through and contribute your own custom-built integrations to share with the broader BetterCloud community. Our new Integration Center is the next progression for BetterCloud in expanding our community.

Custom Integrations
Coupled with the Integration Center release, BetterCloud is announcing the ability to create custom integrations into any SaaS application in your environment. You can create and share these custom-built integrations in the Integration Center so that they can be used by the entire BetterCloud community.

Integration Center Contest
Along with these releases, BetterCloud is holding a contest for customers to submit new integrations. The top three customers who submit the most approved integrations will receive a bundled set of prizes. Everyone who submits an integration will receive exclusive BetterCloud swag, and the first ten submitters will each receive a $50 Amazon gift card!

Submissions close on November 1st.
License management
We’ve also released new functionality to help with SaaS spend management. BetterCloud can now track unused licenses based on login data for G Suite, Salesforce, and Office 365, and create automated workflows to delete the license or assign users to different license types. This feature enables you to cash in on inactive licenses or reallocate less expensive licenses to users, saving companies thousands of dollars a year.
Targeted Content Scans available in beta
Remember when we discussed Content Scanning? We now have the next phase of our Data Protection suite with Targeted Content Scans (now available in beta).
This is the ability to scan your data at rest (e.g., scan all publicly shared files owned by Finance for sensitive financial information). Reach out to your customer success manager if you are interested in joining our beta program.
