Introducing Contacts v2 (formerly Shared Contacts)

After months of gathering feedback, determining feasibility, and writing requirements, we are excited to release BetterCloud’s improved Contacts feature–formerly called Shared Contacts–with more granularity around managing a database of external contacts for your domain.
What’s new:
→ Select which users, groups, or OUs–or a combination of the three–to share contacts
with, and designate the sharing groups with tags
→ Add and remove tags in bulk using a spreadsheet
→ Allow end users to create, edit, and tag contacts from BetterCloud
→ View tagged contacts as designated folders in Google Contacts and on mobile devices
→ Compose messages to groups of contacts with auto-complete in Gmail
