We have added two new triggers and one condition to our Workday integration:

  • New triggers: Name (first, last, and nick) change; Title change
  • New condition: User’s Primary Office Country

Below is a list of all triggers and conditions that are currently available:

  • Triggers: User is Created (hired), User Status Changes to Active, User Status Changes to Inactive, User’s Cost Center Changed, User’s Manager Changed, User’s Name Changed, User’s Supervisory Org Changed, User’s Title Changed, and User’s User Type Changed.
  • Conditions: User Type, User’s Cost Center, User’s Manager, User’s Primary Office Country,  User’s Primary Office State, User’s Supervisory Org, User’s Title

Customers can leverage Workday new conditions & triggers to create more granular workflows, assist in enabling Zero-Touch onboarding & mid-lifecycle management, and enhance customer experience & satisfaction. Secure Module Update

For those customers utilizing the Data Exposure page to gain quick insight into Google My Drive and/or Box file exposure risks, Super Admins can now use the FILES permission rows or sub-rows to delegate access to the Data Exposure pages. To help further reduce threat exposure, we have added the ability to quickly remediate individual discovered vulnerabilities through Quick Actions.

Microsoft 365 integration – Microsoft SharePoint updates

For those managing Microsoft SharePoint assets, we have made the following updates to the Microsoft 365 integration:

  • Site Visitors Group: SharePoint site visitors groups will now be evaluated for internal or external users. Permissions will be displayed based on the users within a group.
  • New installation option: New option to add a SharePoint siteUrl value for those who have SharePoint sites in their M365 environment. Note that adding this value will be required to avoid risk of inaccuracy in the data BetterCloud reflects related to SharePoint assets.
  • Direct file or folder permissions: We will now only remove permissions that are assigned directly to the target file or folder. Note that due to SharePoint API limitations, we will no longer support the ability to change inherited permissions.
  • Action replacement: The following Workflow actions have been deprecated and replaced:
    • Remove All External Collaborators from SharePoint Online File – please use Remove Sharing Links from SharePoint Online File with the “User Specific Links (External)” and “Public Links” options selected.
    • Remove all External Collaborators from SharePoint Online Folder – please use Remove Sharing Links from SharePoint Online Folder with the “User Specific Links (External) or Public Links” options selected.

Bonus enhancement – More dynamic field context

More dynamic field context is available for one or more users selected from the Alerts results list. This enhancement makes available the same set of dynamic values previously available from the User360 flyout and the Workflow Builder. This will enable users to configure dynamic values for multiple users selected from the alerts list, and will provide a consistent experience across all three ways of configuring actions for a user or users.
