Actions on Detail Pages in BetterCloud

Our menu of actions is now available on detail flyout tabs from both the Data Management and Alerts selection grids. Please see below for more information!

  • Data Management: when selecting a file or folder from the Data Management grid and viewing its details in the associated flyout tab, the “Actions” menu is now available in the top bar of the app. Actions selected and executed will only apply to the file or folder you are viewing:

A data management interface displays a list of files in a structured table format. Columns include details such as file name, application associated with each file, permission status, and owner. The majority of files are labeled as private under the permission column. Various owners are indicated next to corresponding files, showcasing multiple users managing different files within the system.

  • Alerts: when selecting an existing alert from the Alerts grid and viewing its Detail flyout tab, the “Actions” menu will be available in the top bar of the app when any subgrid alert results are selected. Actions selected and executed will only apply to the entities you have checked off:

A table lists 11 alert entries related to user account issues. Each entry includes columns for severity level, trigger date, count, and threshold. The severity levels range from low to high and provide an indication of the urgency of each issue. Trigger dates specify when the alert was initiated, while counts show the number of occurrences or instances that triggered the alert. Thresholds outline predefined limits that, when exceeded, activate an alert. The table aims to provide a clear overview of potential user account-related concerns that need attention based on specific metrics and criteria.
