OneDrive and SharePoint Online

With this release, BetterCloud’s Office 365 integration will now feature use cases for OneDrive and SharePoint Online.

Note: To get this functionality, current customers will have to update their Office 365 integration. Users will be prompted to update their integration through their dashboard, by clicking the notification banner at the top of their application, or by going to the connectors page.

When admins navigate to the files grid, you‘ll see OneDrive and SharePoint Online files displayed in the grid alongside data from other SaaS applications. Under the Location column, admins are able to see whether the files are located in OneDrive or SharePoint Online. If the Location column is hidden, click any column name, select Show Hidden Column, and then select Location.

A table displays information about various Office 365 files. Columns include file name, file type (such as Word Document, Excel Spreadsheet), visibility status (e.g., private or public), users the files are shared with, and file owners. Rows list individual files with corresponding details such as icons representing file types.

With this release, admins are able to integrate their OneDrive and SharePoint Online into their workflows and triggers. Teams can create onboarding and offboarding workflows that include actions such as unsharing or sharing files or folders based off of the user’s location or title.
