New and Improved Integrations + Dropbox as an Identity Provider

BetterCloud continues to build and improve application integrations for our leading SaaSOps platform, and for August we are excited to announce the following new and improved integrations and enhancements:

Zoom Action Enabled Integration Expanded to include Zoom Phone

Given the explosive adoption of BetterCloud’s Zoom integration, we’ve expanded the capabilities of the integration. These new actions enable Phone Number Management and Calling Plan Management as part of User Lifecycle Management and Spend Optimization. The following actions are available within BetterCloud’s Manage SKU:

Looker Action Enabled Integration

BetterCloud can now provision and deprovision Looker users as part of User Lifecycle Management. This includes managing the user, their status, group memberships, and role memberships. These can be paired with Delete Web Login Session to log out the target user.

ServiceNow Action Enabled Integration

BetterCloud can now provision and deprovision ServiceNow users as part of User Lifecycle Management. This includes managing the user, their status, group memberships, and role memberships. All of this can be done while tracking the status and completion of their automations within ServiceNow Incidents (tickets) to improve visibility and auditability. The following ServiceNow actions are now available within BetterCloud’s Manage SKU:

BetterCloud’s ServiceNow integration also enables you to incorporate existing incident response processes into BetterCloud workflows. Whenever an incident occurs, such as a public document containing Social Security Numbers, this can be logged in ServiceNow. This improves the auditability of BetterCloud’s Workflows and enables improved visibility and auditability around manual investigation or user lifecycle management tasks. The following actions are now available within both the Manage and Secure SKUs:
