Integration Center, Custom Integrations, & more

Integration Center

With the release of the Integration Center, BetterCloud will have 41 integrations with 32 new action-enabled integrations.

The Integration Center will be accessible regardless of your SKU. If you are not on a Plus SKU, you will only be able to integrate one application from the Integration Center.

To enable the new integrations, you go to the Integrations page and select the new Integration that you would like to add. Once connected, you can incorporate the actions into your workflows.

Here is a list of the new integrations. Please keep in mind, this list will continue to grow as the community submits additional integrations. We will not send a Release Note for community-built integrations, only ones built by BetterCloud.

Custom Integrations

With the release of Custom Integrations, you are able to automate management workflows and security policies across any cloud technology, extending the power of BetterCloud beyond the set of SaaS applications currently supported natively.

You can create custom integrations through app.bettercloud.com. If you want to build an additional integration or add an action to an existing integration, navigate to the Integrations page in the app and select “Custom” and follow the directions provided. To share the integration with the BetterCloud community, select “Share This Integration”. Your integration will go through a security review by the BetterCloud team and, once approved, your integration will be listed in the Integration Center for other users to leverage.

Note: this feature is only available for customers on Enterprise or Enterprise+

An integration selection interface showcases various service logos and names, including Box, Dropbox, Google, Microsoft, Namely, Okta, Salesforce, Slack, and Zendesk. Each service is represented by its distinctive logo next to its name in a clean, grid-like layout. A custom option is also available at the end of the list for personalized integrations. The overall design is modern and visually organized to facilitate easy navigation and selection of preferred services.A web page displays a form designed for integrating Zoom with other applications. Key sections include fields labeled "Integration Details" and "Authentication Settings." At the bottom, there are two prominent buttons: one for saving the integration and another for canceling. The layout is clean and user-friendly, facilitating easy input of necessary information to set up the Zoom integration.

From September 25th to November 1st 2019, BetterCloud is holding an Integration Community Contest for customers to submit their integrations to the Integration Center. For more details on how to participate (regardless of what SKU you are on), visit this page
