Introducing Branching support for On Demand Workflows
We are thrilled to announce the arrival of Branching support for On Demand Workflows!
Now, complex workflows that contain multiple sections and/or multiple conditions can be executed whenever you need them – on demand.

How to use it?
- Make sure you have a workflow with multiple sections or multiple conditions in a Draft or Active status.
- Select Users, Groups, or Files you want to target.
- Click the Action button, search and click on the workflow you want to execute.
- You are now in the new On Demand view. Here, you can enable or disable conditions, sections, and actions as you prefer.
You can also edit the properties of actions and conditions in-line, meaning, no need to open the properties side panel.
Note: You cannot edit the structure of the workflow nor add/remove blocks.- When the Evaluate Conditions toggle is set to OFF, the workflow will only execute actions in a sequential manner.
- When the Evaluate Conditions toggle is set to ON, the workflow will evaluate conditions and will take actions based on what conditions were met.
- In a similar way, section and subsection toggles enable or disable the elements beneath them accordingly.
- When the Evaluate Conditions toggle is set to OFF, the workflow will only execute actions in a sequential manner.
- When you are ready, click on the “Run now”.
- That’s it! You can review the workflow results inside Activity Feed or Audit Logs if the workflow fails.

We’re excited to see how this helps with efficiency and flexibility in IT management.
We can imagine some useful cases such as handling one-time requests or testing workflows before publishing, but we’d love to hear from you!
